Your profile as Koch (m/w/d) at the airport BER at the Schönefeld location

• Completed training as a chef (min 1 year of professional experience) or several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• Passion for good food and high quality preparation
• High hygiene awareness and compliance with food regulations
• Teamability and flexible, stress-resistant work
• ready for shift work (even on weekends and holidays)
• Good knowledge of German and /or good knowledge of English
• A well-kept appearance and a friendly appearance

Your job as a chef (m/w/d) at BER airport

• Preparation of high-quality dishes (snacks, hot dishes, salads)
• Ensuring high quality and presentation of food
• Responsibility for proper handling and storage of foodstuffs
• Compliance with hygiene and quality requirements
• Participation in the creation and planning of the menu offer
• Support in inventory control and food order
• Close cooperation with the service team to offer guests an unforgettable experience
