Senior Cyber Security Architect - Digital Labeling (m/w/d)

Senior Cyber Security Architect - Digital Labeling (m/w/d) from now on and in full time preferably in Meckenheim or Munich, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. In the “Competence Center IT-Security” (CCITS), Endpoint & Device Security Services is responsible for central security solutions for all customers and BWI. These include, among other things, hard disk and email encryption, enterprise file security, digital classification, the management of privileged accounts (privileged access management and password management) as well as the control of interfaces and applications (Device & Application Control). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Architect focusing on digital labeling. The technical architecture and further development of the service are key to this role. Their focus is on the development and integration of secure, efficient classification mechanisms for data and documents in complex IT environments. Your expertise makes a decisive contribution to the safe and regular handling of sensitive information and to strengthening the data classification strategy across all devices. You work closely with the service management, the IT strategy and the operating units.

Technical support, development and continuous improvement of digital labeling services according to defined security and compliance requirements Ensuring interoperability of classification solutions with other security services and IT systems within the BWI infrastructure Advising the Service Manager in the strategic development of the Digital Labeling Services and the integration into cross-border security architectures Development of technical solutions and architectural decisions to further develop the service Responsibility for the transfer of new solutions to the company, including the creation of technical documentation in close coordination with the company Analysis of new technologies and regulatory requirements in the field of data classification and their integration into existing IT security structures Coordination of tests and rollouts of digital labeling solutions including relevant stakeholders Support for procurement processes through technical know-how and experience with market-relevant products Participation in (customer) workshops for request analysis and presentation of solution concepts

Complete IT-related studies or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in IT security and IT architecture At least 5 years of professional experience in the architecture and implementation of complex IT security solutions, ideally focusing on data classification and digital labeling Deep knowledge of available solutions and technologies in the field of digital labeling / data classification and their integration into existing IT environments Experience in the design and development of security architectures for the consistent classification and processing of sensitive information Experience in the technical coordination of teams and projects within the IT security environment Practical experience with classification solutions of INFODAS (SDoT), Fortra (TITUS) and Boldon James desirable ITIL Foundation level certification to ensure that the service is developed and operated according to the best practices of IT Service Management Self-employed, solution-oriented working with the ability to independently analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions Analytical and strategic thinking to identify and implement long-term developments and regulatory requirements in data classification Very good communication skills and experience in consulting stakeholders, including management, data protection and customers German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
