Your tasks Repair and maintenance of tools and devices in compliance with the appropriate time and quality requirements

Parameterization of welding systems (SKS and Fronius)

Teaching of robots (Fanuc)

Reading drawing and measurement reports

Analysis of deviations in individual parts and assemblies

Documentation of changes / Shim Plan

Operation of the Raw Constructions & Instructions

acceptance/change of clamping and fixing concepts

Support in the design removal of devices

With the help of drawing up specifications

Conducting training, assignments

Working with performance indicators (KPI)

Your preferred qualifications Completed 3-year technical vocational training or comparable qualification

Good knowledge of process engineering, process engineering and mechanics

Multiannual professional experience in production (preferably crude)

Experience in working with welding or assembly robots in the automotive industry Focus on Fanuc, Kuka/ABB (of advantage)

Individually responsible, structured and analytical procedures

High level of responsibility and reliability

Excellent service orientation, high coordination and organisational competence

Safe appearance in German and English
