(Senior) Software Engineer - Backend Developer for SaaS Solutions (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with a focus on cloud technologies that develops modern software solutions with passion and actively contributes to the further development of our virtual testing platform in the customer environment. You work independently, think beyond existing solutions and enjoy getting to know and use new technologies and frameworks. Your tasks: Develop, guess, optimize High-End Development: You develop complex cloud native applications: performant and manageable. Software architecture: You unleash robust application structures and understand how to tailor microservices or serverless functions. Quality Gatekeeper: You carry out sound code reviews and maintain the level of the entire team with your feedback. Mentoring: You are the contact person for junior developers and advises internal stakeholders in technological direction decisions. Automation: You build and care modern CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab to automate our build, test and deployment processes.

Deep experience in software development and a solid understanding of modern software architectures You think in patterns (SOLID, Clean Code, Event Driven) and you know how to build scalable systems. Independent, structured working and high sense of responsibility. Enthusiasm for new frameworks and technologies and openness to changes. Ability to look beyond the edge of the plate and actively introduce new solutions and ideas. CI/CD expert: Pipelines are not a necessary evil for you, but the backbone of your work. Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab is desirable. Cloud Affinity: You have already gained experience in the cloud environment. AWS knowledge is a big plus, but more important is your passion for first-class software development. Very good knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C#) and RESTful APIs. If you have experiences in the automotive environment, this is another plus. Very good German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills are required.
