Schorr GmbH is a regionally rooted, growing artisan company in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology. We realize sophisticated projects in classic housing construction – reliable, structured and with a strong team. We are currently supporting several major construction projects, including residential areas with up to 199 housing units, and are looking for an experienced upper monster who takes responsibility and is happy to work outside on the construction site.

As Obermonteur / Bauleitder Monteur SHK you take over the independent processing of our construction sites on site: Own-responsible building management at the construction site (without office) Guidance and coordination of approx. 12–13 technicians and trainees Staff classification and coordination of workflows Ensuring the timing and quality execution Professional installation of SHK systems (heating, sanitary, possibly HLS) Control of compliance with safety, quality and standards Creation of building journals, dimensions and performance certificates

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK (or comparable qualification, e.g. refrigeration) Ideally advanced training for master or technician – alternative long-term experience as a fitter with leadership responsibility Experience on larger construction sites / housing projects Leadership, enforcement and reliability Self-employed, structured work driving licence class B Also interesting: If you don't have a Obermonteur experience yet, but we are also looking forward to your application
