For our Hamburg location, we are looking for a:n engineer:in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). The body shall be placed in full or part-time (at least 30h/week). Conduct the technical evaluation of existing objects and project development in the field of TGA Advising investors and builders on and selling real estate Monitoring the progress of the TGA Creating feasibility studies and showing sustainable, innovative and economic concepts for renovations and revitalisations Implementation of quality controls and deficiencies as well as provision of planning qualities and their cost-effectiveness

Complete technical studies in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology or civil engineering, also with comparable qualification as master / technician with corresponding professional experience Structured and independent mode of operation, as well as a fast conception combined with analytical and networked thinking Good feeling for people and facts, connected with a solution-oriented and expert way of working Advising our customers Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to project-dependent travel within Germany and Europe
