Carl Zeiss Vision Care is in the middle of a global IT transformation, where both end-to-end processes and global IT systems are standardized and modernized. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the project management of a global transformation project: Defining framework conditions, guidelines and procedures for project management to ensure that the projects match the corporate objectives

Definition of standardized project management templates, tools and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency in all projects

Support of project managers in the documentation of end-to-end processes, IT landscape and business requirements

Management of the project plan, identification and control of stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Creating project status reports, dashboards and other materials to inform stakeholders about project progress, problems and milestones

Defining quality standards and processes to ensure that project performance meets the expectations of stakeholders and organisational requirements

Cooperation with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors and project teams, to gain consent, to resolve conflicts and to promote cooperation throughout the project lifecycle

We are looking for you for the summer semester 2026 or a start in March: Current studies with a focus on (economic)informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable

First practical experience through student work or internships desirable

Embossed organizational skills and good time management

Preferably first experiences with business process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio)

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German

Safe handling of Microsoft Office and other relevant software

High readiness and ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
