Medical management, technical supervision and quality management of the rescue service area Stadt Offenbach am Main Technical advice and support of the Rescue Service Provider in performing tasks Technical supervision of training obligations for medical and non-medical personnel in rescue services Responsible medical supervision of the Rescue Service Centre Management of working groups, including AK Hygiene, AK Training, AK Minimum equipment Developing, implementing and reviewing recommendations for medical and treatment policies and standard surgical procedures (SOP) for non-medical personnel Participation in the creation, review and implementation of the rescue service area plan and any changes in rescue aid provision resulting therefrom, including all necessary administrative processes Medical supervision in the safety-detection planning for large-scale medical damages Medical supervision on the maintenance service control in the central control unit, as well as the development, verification and updating of the alarm and disengagement regulations rescue service (AAO RD) together with the rescue service provider Participation in the Civil Protection Stab as a medical specialist consultancy

Completed study of human medicine and recognised medical approval as well as completed training in an area related to emergency and intensive care Additional name Emergency medicine Certificate of Speciality “Leitende*r Notarzt / Notärztin” Successful participation in a special training for the Medical Service Rescue Service in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Medical Chamber/ Landesärztekammer Hessen or the willingness to complete this training in a timely manner Many years of experience in the function as a specialist in preclinical and clinical emergency medicine are advantageous Knowledge of the local rescue service infrastructure is also desirable Impressed planning and organisational capacity combined with high self-employment and ability to solve problems Negotiation and persuasiveness as well as decision-making competence, especially in uncertain and complex situations High sense of responsibility and a pronounced sensitivity for your own work area High communication, cooperation and information capability Ownership of the EU licence at least in Class B Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C2 CEFR) Ownership of the public authorities and organisations with security tasks (BOS broadcast authorization) or alternatively the ability and readiness to obtain this qualification in a timely manner
