As Senior Manager Finance Europe and Procurator (m/w/d) with headquarters in Teningen, you are responsible for finance for the Milacron society in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic) and support the European Managing Director in all financial matters. They work closely with the specialist departments and corresponding corporate bodies in the USA to ensure and improve the company's profitability at any time. At the same time, you will ensure that the legal requirements of the respective country and the Milacron guidelines are complied with.

The following tasks are part of your task: Leadership of a small international team Development and role of business plans Coordination and preparation of annual financial statements by HGB and US-GAAP Creation and maintenance of various financial reports Optimization of procedures in reporting Correct and punctual observance of official reports Control and optimisation of receivable management Optimisation of stocks Control and optimisation of accounting processes Contact person for authorities, insurance companies and auditors

Completed study of the economics or comparable vocational qualification At least 5 years of comparable experience in an international environment Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of HGB and U.S. GAP, mastering accounting; strong sense of business relations Knowledge of tax law, customs law and, in general, a good understanding of contract law • the ability to analyse, target group-specific communication skills; intercultural sensitivity; safe occurrence in different contexts; Management qualities
