In addition to the classic core business, we will bundle our client-related consulting services in an independent consulting area. For this area, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking management personality that significantly shapes the structure, realisation and growth of this area – in close cooperation with the management.

Total responsibility for the new consulting area to be structured with currently approx. 45 employees:inside and a clear growth path Control of the transformation and construction process towards a modern, integrated consulting unit (structures, roles, capacities, priorities) Implementation of a future-oriented building and execution organization, including clear interfaces to marketing, sales, branches and central departments Further development and sharpening of the performance portfolio and the development of new services based on market and competition observations Designing a professional go-to-market logic together with marketing and sales (marketing concepts, pricing models, campaigns, presentation formats) Leadership and development of departments and teams including the promotion of a modern, clear and effective management culture Establishing efficient, digital and scalable processes, including the use of automation and AI potentials Responsibility for sales and earnings targets, control over clear KPIs and active design of the growth path Close cooperation with the management and early involvement of relevant stakeholders (e.g. staff, works council, branches)

Completed study with business focus Multiannual leadership experience – ideally in complex structures with different areas of responsibility Confidence with management of executives Funded background in business consulting, like from a larger business consulting Detectional expertise in building new structures, processes and organisational models High affinity for digitalization, automation and modern consulting tools Embossed feeling for people, communication and dynamics of change Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic strength and viability
