You are the first voice of the Bayernwerk Academy and represent us friendly, clear and competent on the phone. You accept calls and emails to our technical training and answer standard requests service-oriented and solution-focused. You provide understandable information on content, participation requirements, appointments and organisational processes. You will first and recommend FAQ documents to continuously improve our information offer. You systematically collect feedback from enquiries and keep it structured. You agree closely with trainers: inside and specialist departments when more complex or technical questions arise. You ensure a professional, value-adding and customer-oriented communication throughout - and thus decisively shape the first impression of our Academy. You actively participate in the optimization of our service and request processes and introduce your own ideas to improve the user experience.

You can communicate by phone and communicate information in a comprehensible and friendly manner. You work structured, carefully and keep track of many requests. You have the pleasure of organizing, service and cooperation with people. First experiences in customer contact, service or organizational activities are advantageous. You are currently studying in the fields of electrical engineering, energy engineering, economic engineering, pedagogy, communication, psychology, administrative sciences or comparable fields of study. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
