Conception, development and implementation of technical training for employees and customers in the automotive environment Creation, maintenance and continuous development of training documents and training concepts Methodological and didactic development of presence and digital training formats (e-learning) Evaluation of subscriber feedback and derivation of specific optimization measures Project management for the selection/introduction and further development of a learning management system (LMS) Briefing and technical support of internal and external trainers Further development and harmonisation of training concepts across international locations Ensuring the technical commitment of the training environment (hardware and IT)

Successfully completed training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) or studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment, ideally in optical measurement technology or in the automotive sector Experience gained in the design, organisation and implementation of technical training Embossed didactic skills as well as pleasure in knowledge transfer Structured, independent working and high organisational capacity Communication strength, team capacity and strong customer orientation Safe appearance in the international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travel readiness (approx. 30%) in Germany and abroad as well as driving licence class B
