Central service acceptance, creation or Examination of cost estimates for completeness Accompanying complex service and repair orders and expert assessment of malfunctions Independent communication and consulting of our customers regarding all service topics and services Disposition of stationary and mobile service technicians Ordering spare parts Warranty processing with the production plants Representation of the branch manager in absence

Embossed service and cost awareness Industrial and technical training – preferably in the construction or agricultural machinery industry Practical experience in the repair and maintenance of construction equipment and construction machinery Good knowledge of engines, hydraulics and electrical At best first experience in personnel management Driving class B, ideal would be C1 (over 3.5 t) Fit in handling MS Office and at best with SAP independent, structured and reliable work Team skills Willingness to participate in training for new products as well as occasional external service operations for on-site service work with the customer
