As a software quality analyst, you are responsible for the analysis of difficult errors and the general expansion of the product. This includes planning and content orientation of test management as well as the development, implementation and continuation of test plans and test cases. As a contact person to customers, you support dise e.g. with work arounds or provide if possible new, corrected software, It is about existing software solutions that are further expanded and are used internally for customers. You improve the test coverage using suitable test methods and build the test automation. You document the status of software quality. You prepare the test environment and carry out software tests.
