Sales Representative in the Office - Full-time Part-time Mini-Job (m/f/d)

You want to start in the photovoltaic industry and accompany customers from the first request to the conclusion? Then come to Solarscouts – a young PV startup focusing on online trading.

Tasks

• Processing of customer requests and telephone consultation
• Creation of offers and follow-up to completion
• Support in plant planning
• Maintenance and development of customer relationships in the CRM system
• Implementation of order changes
• Close coordination with logistics for shipping or delivery problems

= qualification

Technical training or very good technical understanding

‡ Motivation to work in photovoltaics

‡ German language skills

1st experience in customer service, sales or order processing (complete welcome)

Structured and reliable operation

ʿ Safe to use PC & digital tools; CRM experience (e.g. JTL-Wawi) of advantage

└ Team-capable, communicative and solution-oriented
