Supporting the contractual control of the entire new building of the U5 to expand the Hamburg metro network Providing and pursuing contracts and carrying out strategic tasks of contract management Intensive cooperation and coordination with the Head of System Engineering and Object Design and with the Head of Contract Management Monitoring the development of the contract and after-sales (performance changes, disturbances/impacts, concerns, additional costs, billing, feedback planning, construction time, medium drain etc.) Management of regular contractual meetings with companies to the concerns of the respective contract Guided and co-designed the contractually relevant correspondence Own-responsible project management in the pursuit of the reporting of construction sites with regard to contractual control Identification and analysis of project risks and development of management strategies Subsequent negotiations with purchasing and project management Persecution and enforcement of requirements of the U5 Project GmbH Participation in the coordination of the relevant team members and third parties until the conclusion of the processing of contractual concerns Participation in the creation of award documents and awarding Ordering requirements as well as participation in the entire post-order ordering process

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering and/or legal sciences and comparable knowledge and skills acquired through training and professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical works, TGA etc. Ideally multiannual professional experience in contract and follow-up management in complex infrastructure projects Knowledge of Contract Law (VOB, VOL, BGB, HOAI) Organizational and negotiating skills High responsiveness, teamability and resilience Communication strength as well as analytical, result-oriented and independent functioning

38.5 hours a week - We reduce the weekly working time until you only work 37 hours from July 2027.
