Senior Manager Global Finance Reporting & Performance Management (m/f/d)

Designing global financial management: You continuously develop the Group-wide reporting framework along international SAP FI/CO structures and ensure uniform reporting and control standards across national and social boundaries. Reporting architecture and governance are responsible: the definition and further development of reporting models, KPIs, hierarchies, processes and governance structures is within your responsibility. So you create transparency and clarity for sound corporate decisions. Drive Finance Transformation: With a view to optimization potentials, you harmonise reporting, planning and forecast processes and establish sustainable standards in the global finance organization. Management and international stakeholders advise: Complex financial relationships you prepare for addressing, guide recommendations for action and act as trusting:r Sparringspartner:in for top management. Developing and scaling teams: You guide a small team professionally and disciplinaryly, promote best practices and ensure the successful integration of new companies into the global reporting and financial structure.

Education & technical background: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable field of expertise. Reporting & Finance Transformation: Multiannual experience in Group Reporting, Financial Performance Management, Corporate Finance or in Finance Transformation Projects is an excellent feature. Global SAP expertise: You have experience in the design, harmonisation and implementation of international reporting and control logic based on complex SAP FI/CO landscapes. Stakeholder and Management Competence: Ideally, you bring experiences from management or financial consulting and have successfully managed international transformation projects in matrix organisations. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile. Personality: You are convinced by strategic thinking, strong conceptualisation, a high degree of self-responsibility and the ability to inspire people, advance changes and achieve common goals successfully. .
