Business Continuity Manager (BCM) / IT Process and Project Work (m/f/d)

You support the Technology Department in operational and strategic tasks and ensure that critical business processes remain resilient, efficient and sustainable. Business Continuity Management (BCM) Construction, development and operation of a business-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with the support of a service provider Planning, implementation and evaluation of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk analyses Identification of critical business and IT processes Creation, maintenance and development of emergency, restart and crisis plans Organisation and implementation of BCM tests, crisis and restart exercises Ensuring conformity with relevant standards and requirements (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) IT Process Management Recording, analysis, documentation and optimization of IT processes and IT service structures close cooperation with IT, information security, risk management and expertise Integration of BCM requirements into existing IT and management processes Participation in the further development of governance, policy and documentation structures Support in building a digital process map IT project work Working in IT and organization projects related to resilience, security and process stability Coordination of internal and external stakeholders Support in the planning, control and implementation of IT-related projects and measures

completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification in the IT field proven experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Process Management or IT-related projects proven knowledge in BCM methods, risk analysis and emergency management are desirable good IT basic knowledge (IT infrastructure, applications, cloud environments) first experience in project and process management Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) desirable structured, independent operation as well as pronounced communication and organisational capability Loadability and decision strength, especially in exceptional situations
