Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on HLS systems according to manufacturer specifications, legal guidelines and internal standards fault analysis and elimination of technical defects on HLS components, including fault diagnosis and execution of repairs documentation of the work carried out, test results and plant conditions in the system (e.g. CAFM or ticket system) to ensure transparent tracking Support for reconstructions, optimizations and energy efficiency measures in building operations to reduce consumption and costs and improve user comfort

Do you have technical skills, a solution-oriented way of working and enjoy keeping buildings running? We look forward to your application! Complete technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK, heating engineer, gas and water installer, sanitary and ventilation engineer or comparable qualification (w/m/d) Professional experience in the field of HLS building technology or as a home technician/service technician in facility management Good knowledge of maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of HLS systems Safe handling of documentation and digital systems (e.g. maintenance or ticket systems) Self-employed, structured working, strong sense of responsibility and service orientation Additional qualifications (required): VDI 6022 VDI 2047 (Hygienic aspects in the planning, execution, operation and maintenance of evaporation cooling systems)
