Head of IT Infrastructure - Windows Server / VMware (m/f/d)

You manage and maintain the IT infrastructure on site, including servers, networks, VMware and backup environments You guide the continuous implementation of IT projects, such as ERP extensions and improvements in Salesforce workflows You coordinate external service providers and work closely with global IT teams You monitor the Helpdesk operation and secure a reliable support for employees in office and production

You ideally have a Bachelor degree, preferably in IT You bring at least 5 years of IT experience, of which at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role You have sound technical knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and O365 You have a structured, project-oriented way of thinking with the ability to define the project scope, set milestones and deliver results reliably You have strong communication skills in German and English and can safely interact with stakeholders at all levels
