Conducting a team in the field of digitalization with a focus on building technology Development and implementation of digital strategies for building technology Strategic and technical development of BIM standards and processes in building technology in demanding projects Full responsibility and coordination of the digital project execution in active professional role Ensure internal quality guidelines and client requirements Communication and cooperation with builders, planners and project management Leading talks with employees as well as continuous training and promotion of junior staff

Successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in building technology with the focus of digital transformation Experience in leadership of teams and in digital project execution Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP with Linear and Autodesk Construction Cloud. SolarComputer, SpriCAD or Canceco BIM (or comparable software) of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High resilience, solution orientation and innovation joy Motivation, communication strength and high team capability
