Technical employee as resident – Quality Management Automotive / OEM (m/f/d)

As Resident (m/w/d) you are permanently present at Mercedes-Benz. In this key role, you act as a central interface for all quality topics in the series and ensure a structured, solution-oriented cooperation between OEM and internal specialist departments. OEM first contact point for quality-related topics in the series Interface function between OEM and internal specialist departments Central starting point for Mercedes-Benz for quality-relevant issues in series operation Active interface control between OEM and internal areas such as quality, logistics, development and work Construction, maintenance and targeted further development of a resilient network to relevant customer interfaces Independent processing, coordination and tracking of all topics addressed by the OEM Structured control of complaints including definition, implementation and effectiveness control of corrective measures (e.g. 8D) Creation and processing of customer presentations, reports and quality documentation Care of action and appointment lists as well as regular reporting of quality indicators, quality priorities and vulnerabilities Organisation and monitoring of sorting actions and processing of collection committee processes at OEM Conducting sample checks to ensure series quality

Professional qualifications Complete technical training or technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, plastics technology, vehicle technology or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in the automotive field, ideally in serial operation Funded knowledge in plastics technology, in particular in the field of interior and exterior components Experience in structured complaint processing as well as in the handling of common automotive standards and methods (e.g. 8D, CVP) Safe handling of quality-relevant key figures, reports and documentation OEM experience as well as existing contacts to OEM interfaces are advantageous readiness for regular missions Personal competencies High level of competence and enforcement in demanding OEM environment Embossed communication strength as well as a sovereign, professional occurrence Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High stress resistance, decision strength and self-responsibility
