Qualifications Experience Knowledge Completed study (BWL, Personnel, Law or Similar) or comparable qualification with relevant further education Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR, of which proven experience in the management of employees Funded knowledge in pay billing, pay tax and social security law, collective bargaining law (ideally chemical industry / IG BCE) and occupational pensions Experience in the management of external service providers and in an international or European context Knowledge of LOGA 3 or comparable HR/accounting systems of advantage Representative leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as structured, entrepreneurial work High number affinity and experience in HR reporting / key figures and cost analysis Very good knowledge of German; knowledge of English in word and writing are mandatory
