You conduct the entire production at our site in Grafenwald and work closely with our company manager and head of quality assurance You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 10 production staff You are responsible for the time, quantity and quality production of high-quality feed You control and coordinate the production processes and product changes taking into account economic and qualitative aspects You guarantee the security, environmental and hygiene standards and are a contact person for authorities You plan and coordinate raw materials and monitor stock

You have technical or commercial training or completed engineering studies and at least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in the agricultural or food industry You bring very good knowledge of the process technology of bulk material processing, as well as plant engineering, mixers, silos, scales, filling, and control unit software with You integrate optimal production and resource planning into your daily business Respect, openness and clear communication shape your handling of the team and your superiors You put value on order and cleanliness in your workplace You encounter problems structured and solution-oriented and look beyond the edge of the plate
