Experience as leadership, ideal in facility management or in the service sector Completed technical or commercial training or corresponding studies Multiannual professional experience in the service environment, preferably with knowledge in industrial cleaning in the production environment; alternatively experience in the fields of disposal, logistics, maintenance or industrial assembly Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working, combined with a sovereign occurrence Impressed calculability and analytical thinking High customer and service orientation as well as strong sales affinity Empathic, motivating and team-oriented leadership style Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and SAP Valid passenger car licence
