The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconic complex owner with about 4,000 employees and employees. With your professional competence and your sense of individual life, you make an important contribution to real participation.

Your job:

• Monitoring, counselling and promotion of people with disabilities in the context of participation
• Creation and updating of participation and funding planning
• Implementation of interviews, development and assistance plans and participation in help plan conferences
• Crisis intervention and conflict management in everyday life
• Close cooperation with relatives, legal supervisors, cost-beneficiaries, residential homes, authorities and specialist services
• Participation in measures for the participation and monitoring of transitions to the general labour market
• Participation in network work, quality management and further development of our offers

We wish:

• A completed study of Social Work / Social Education
• knowledge of social law, especially in the SGB IX and in integration aid
• Experience in dealing with people with mental or psychological disabilities
• An empathic appearance, secure conversation and team skills
• organisational skills and a structured and careful working
• knowledge of demand identification instruments and good computer and written expressability
• Class B driving licence
