Number: MER0003W28 Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. With over one million square metres of storage space, the Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz after-sales supply chain network. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service worldwide. As the GCSP/SCT department, we are driving the transformation of processes, systems and our organization. We renew the complete system landscape of aftersales logistics and are committed to increasing customer satisfaction and process efficiency through transparency and intelligence in the supply chain, prioritizing the logistics portfolio and responsibilities for strategic initiatives. These challenges include: Editorial cooperation in the social intranet Participation in the further development of our community Support for photo and video projects including editing Coordination, cooperation and content preparation of workshops and events with relevant internal stakeholders The activity can start from October 2026.

Continuous studies in the field of communication, media, cultural studies or a comparable course of studies Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office First experiences in editorial work and media production (photo/video) are of advantage Knowledge of image and video editing software is advantageous Creativity, commitment and joy at work in the team Good organizational skills and an independent working Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
