Accounting of variable time data (e.g. overtime, fault, standby service, allowances)

Active support in layer accounting taking into account all relevant rules

Comprehensive processing of all time economic topics in the SAP RB5-Zeitwirtschaftsmodul

Ensuring compliance with all statutory, collective and operational working time regulations

After thorough examination: consultation of employees in all questions of the time economy

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Funded HR experience, especially in the time economy

Secure application of the SAP R/3 time management module (ideally in a group environment)

CRM knowledge for process processing desirable

Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking

Team skills, high communication and consulting skills

Responsible handling of sensitive and personal data

Independent, highly concentrated and reliable operation
