Domain architect CRM & e-commerce (m/f/d)

You continuously develop the PRODINGER Group's CRM and e-commerce architecture in conjunction with the Oracle ERP system. You design and optimise modern end-to-end sales processes in the B2B environment, including omnichannel, self-service and external service processes. You ensure consistent and efficient system and data integration – especially between CRM, ERP, e-commerce, middleware and EDI systems. You take over the central demand management, analyse requirements from the fields of expertise and translate them into technical and technologically sustainable concepts. You control internal IT teams as well as external implementation partners and address project management across all phases. You provide professionally the employees involved, moderate between business and IT, and prepare the further development of the Business Applications division.

You have a completed study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in dealing with modern CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or Oracle CX as well as with e-commerce platforms, ideally in the B2B trading environment. You have a profound understanding of ERP-based business processes, preferably in the Oracle environment. You have proven knowledge of system integration, API design (REST/JSON), editing and data models and EDI processes. You provide experience in cooperation with external IT service providers and in classic, agile or hybrid project methods. You are able to translate complex technical requirements into technologically resilient architectural concepts.
