Controlling the implementation and further development of the BIM strategy within the branch Organisation and coordination of all BIM activities and further development of standards, processes and methods Consultation and support of the departments in the application of the BIM method in infrastructure projects Coordination and professional support of BIM projects in the branch Building and promoting cross-disciplinary knowledge management and active networking to BIM topics Organisation and implementation of project-specific BIM training and development of practical training content

Successfully completed academic studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering, construction information technology or a comparable subject Knowledge and practical experience in the application of the BIM method and project management Experience in interdisciplinary project processing and collaboration in complex project structures Knowledge of planning and construction processes and the performance phases according to HOAI Experience in organizing and conducting workshops or training Very good communication capability as well as safe and convincing appearance

That would be desirable: Experience in collaborating platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE) Knowledge in the use of BIM coordination, testing and author software Experience in data and process management Experience in infrastructure projects and digital ways of working
