You have a successfully completed university degree (FH) or bachelor's degree (FH or university) in the fields of landscape construction, landscape planning, country care, landscape architecture, green area management or outdoor space management or a comparable discipline ideally, you bring a multi-year, relevant professional experience in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and have proven experience in employee management and motivation as well as in personnel planning and development we look forward to knowledge of budget management, cost calculation and planning as well as offerings You have knowledge of relevant work procedures and their rules, including applicable occupational and health requirements You contribute as much knowledge as possible in public procurement law (optional HOAI) and in household law You are safe in handling standard software like MS Office and geographical information systems, ideally you already have experiences in dealing with a presentation software as well as project planning and process execution tools and preferably also in SAP It is up to you to think conceptually and economically You have organizational and enforcement capabilities, are flexible and it prepares you to work in the team You will continue to draw a high level of social competence, with a structured and result-oriented working method You have the class B licence Their knowledge in German in word and writing at least correspond to the language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference
