In the role of IT Security Coordinator at Clarius Group as an IT Security Coordinator (w/m/d), you actively support us and our customers in implementing and developing information security measures. You work closely with our legal and IT teams and our customers' IT and security teams. This position offers you the ideal further path to a career in information security and compliance. Long-term advice and support of a small number of internal and external customers during the operation and optimization of IT security processes Participation in ensuring compliance and corporate policies and internal/external audits, checks and incident response Coordination of local and regional security projects in cooperation with various departments (legal department, works council, management) Assessment of new business partners and IT solutions from security perspective Implementation of document-based and on-site audits for business partners and suppliers Monitoring and management of local IT security operations and infrastructure Observing cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and best practices to proactively improve our information security measures

Complete studies or vocational training in computer science, IT security or related fields Relevant professional experience in IT security, auditing, consulting or system management – ideally in an international environment Experiences with: ISO 27001, GDPR, common cyber security frameworks, vulnerability management, incident response, forensics, network, system, server & cloud security, documentation and data management (Excel) Strong communication capability: Technical risks can be easily translated for non-experts Structured and decision-making, with solution-oriented thinking – even in stressful situations Hands-on mentality, independent and team-oriented Comfortable in multicultural environments Occasionally readiness to travel Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English Nice to have – Certifications IT Basic Protection Practice ISO 27001 Foundation/Implementer/Auditor CompTIA Security+ CISSP CISM CISA
