Regional Manager (m/f/d)

As a regional manager, you assume the operational and organizational responsibility for the regions assigned to you (Bonn, Cologne, Krefeld, Leverkusen, Mönchengladbach, Rhein-Bergischer-Kreis, Rhein-Sieg-Kreis) and are central contact persons for our service lines, customers and business partners. Self-governing, support and support of the service lines in the associated region Control and monitoring of operations at individual locations Support for personnel planning, personnel deployment and organisational issues Regular review and optimization of existing work and organization processes Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational requirements Support for the installation and further development of service lines Regular site visits as well as employee and coordination talks Customer care and customer acquisitions as well as expansion of existing customer relationships Support for the acquisition and implementation of new transport contracts Accompanying the commissioning of new locations and service areas Analysis of regional developments and recognition of optimization and growth potentials Control of relevant economic indicators and derivation of appropriate measures Participation in cost control and economic control of the associated areas Coordination and communication with external service providers, suppliers and business partners Company representation to customers, business partners and other external contacts Participation in tender procedures (regular participation in the processing and preparation of tenders and active participation in relevant award procedures)

This will bring you Education & Experience A completed commercial training or a completed study Ideally, first professional and management experience, for example in the areas of service, mobility, logistics or passenger transport Safe and binding occurrence and pronounced communication skills High level of flexibility, sense of responsibility and organisational capacity Secure application of common Microsoft 365 products Class B driving licence Personality You have an independent, structured and detailed way of working as well as service and show their own initiative.
