The Department of Technology & Building provides a range of services to all facilities and departments, which assists them in carrying out their tasks. Energy management works closely with commissioning management, building control, green office and workshops.

Your tasks include:

• Introduction of energy management based on DIN EN ISO 50001 with reporting and controlling for energy and CO2 balance
• Establishment of a continuous reporting system for the energy consumption data of the individual properties of the University of Hohenheim and its offices
• Evaluation of report data with vulnerability analysis. Deduction of improvement measures
• Participation in the development, coordination and implementation of approval procedures, ensuring compliance with requirements and requirements
• Participation in energy purchase and processing of energy bills
• Consultancy and participation in continuous optimization in technical plant operation and in building operation
• Creation of energy certificates

Your profile includes

• A completed university degree with reference to energy management, or comparable training (supply technology, heating ventilation air conditioning sanitation, architecture, civil engineering, environmental technology or technician or master). Suitable for starters or working students
• Knowledge of the legal foundations necessary for energy management Engagement for energy management and efficient energy use
• In-depth knowledge of energy supply, renewable energy and technologies to increase energy efficiency
