Project Manager Performance & Outsourcing (m/f/d)

Independent project processing from conception, coordination and communication to solution development incl. the implementation and sustainable anchoring in the organisation Work package structuring and control, analysis and preparation of tasks, definition of clear work packages and detailed project planning in close coordination with project customers Team and Resource Management, leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and independent implementation of particularly demanding subtasks, including further development of the procedures and analyses used Stakeholder management and reporting, processing of highly complex issues in target group-oriented documents, transparent reporting/controlling and ensuring the necessary buy-in for decision-makers: Moderation of workshops of larger groups as well as professional presentation to project customers of all hierarchical levels with safe occurrence and effective communication

Successfully completed university studies (Master or Diploma) in economics or natural sciences or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in management consulting and ship or plant engineering with leadership of interdisciplinary teams Responsibility for complex projects, pronounced analytical thinking and safe creation of high-quality analysis and presentation documents Proven leadership skills and sound knowledge of modern project and working methods (e.g. Agile, Design Thinking, etc.) High readiness, flexibility, proactive, solution-oriented and team-oriented approach Very good knowledge of German and English, professional appearance and convincing moderation of workshops and groups
