The BBDirect area includes the digital-personal customer service as well as the market succession of BBBank’s liabilities. The customer dialogue section is especially responsible for the competent first level support as well as a fast and easy service processing and represents the central digital service channel for our customers. The branches and other sales units are relieved by a high service orientation and initial solution rate.

The Team Cards is responsible for and edits all topics related to girocard, credit cards and digital payment.

Technical and organisational management and strategic development of the team Control and support of change and optimization projects Preparation of decision-making templates and action alternatives for the Executive Board Ensuring efficient processes, smooth interfaces and high quality workflow Implementation of legal and internal requirements and ensuring the flow of information in the team Creation of guidelines, work instructions and internal communication contributions

Successfully completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) Multiannual leadership experience and practical experience in comparable tasks (e.g. as team leader (m/w/d), department manager (m/w/d), department manager (m/w/d), project manager (m/w/d), organization manager (m/w/d), process manager (m/w/d), digitization manager (m/w/d) or comparable) High affinity for digital topics Reliable, independent and analytical procedures
