To strengthen our controlling team, we are looking for a controller:in, which supports our care facilities with sound analyses, creates transparency and actively shapes the further development of our control instruments.

Analysis and commentation of the economic development of our care facilities as part of the monthly reporting Creation and further development of target-actual analyses as well as derivation of recommendations for action for care facilities Working with the creation of budget planning, forecasts and medium-term planning Further development and optimization of reporting Contact person for care facilities in controlling-relevant questions Implementation of economic analysis and ad hoc evaluations for management decisions Working with, among others, on digitalization projects for the further development of controlling and reporting processes

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable degree or adequate training Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in the service or health sector High IT affinity and excellent knowledge in MS Excel Good knowledge of SAP and ideally in Power BI Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a strong understanding of economic relationships Structured and independent working and pleasure in making complex facts understandable Good knowledge of accounting processes Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines
