These challenges include: Due to changes in product strategies, the employment structures in the Untertürkheim plant also change - here you support us in the resulting personnel concepts in order to bring the affected employees into new areas of application These personnel concepts are elaborated, coordinated and implemented in compliance with underlying operating arrangements together with the executives and works councils - it is important to ensure, through transparent tracking, that we have at all times the level of implementation of all personnel concepts and can control the personnel flows accordingly. We work closely together with our partner areas such as remuneration, labour policy and personnel coordinators of the departments, so that you can also get insights into these areas In addition to the HR-side transformation activities, you will also get an overview of the operational personnel management at Untertürkheim plant - here you support team-wide events and projects You actively support the development and implementation of change management strategies in order to increase the willingness to change by employees and to take them along as part of the transformation - this includes the creation and implementation of communication strategies and measures to inform and integrate the workforce about upcoming changes You help with the introduction and optimization of digital HR processes and tools to increase the efficiency and transparency in human resources management

Course in Business Administration, Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences - ideally with a focus on personnel / labour law or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share and should include six months.
