As Online Marketing Manager Medical (m/w/d) with focus on SEO, GEO and SEA, you are developing our search engine and performance strategies in a holistic way – from data-based analysis to operational implementation to strategic consulting of our internal and international interfaces. With your know-how, you support and optimise campaigns along the customer journey and keep track of trends around AI-based search to create measurable added value for media. SEO/GEO strategy and SEA: You are fully responsible for SEO, GEO and SEA actions and are developing these data-based measures. Data analysis and performance monitoring: You analyze performance data, identify optimization potentials and implement concrete measures. CMS migration and technical requirements: You accompany the CMS exchange and ensure consistent consideration of SEO/GEO aspects. Marketing campaigns and interface work: You work with integrated marketing campaigns and work closely with internal interfaces. Trends and AI deployments: You observe developments – in particular AI-based search – and drive the use of AI tools for analysis and content optimization. Analytics: You are responsible for monitoring performance with Google Analytics and other tools.

As a real team player (w/m/d) you will maintain a partnership with your colleagues and provide clear impulses. You ideally bring a completed degree in marketing or communication a comparable training or training with focus on online marketing, SEO etc. You have several years of professional experience and basic knowledge in the field of Organic / Technical SEO. You bring comprehensive knowledge of CMS systems and project management. Your English skills are very good – you regularly exchange with our international media colleagues and go to the savings ring about online marketing.
