Representation of the chef during the management of the kitchen team as well as ensuring smooth daily business processes Developing creative and seasonal food offerings, menus and buffets in line with the gastronomic concept Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene requirements and monitoring cleanliness, quality and cost-effectiveness Daily operational cooperation on the fit and support of the team – also in challenging situations with a cool head Responsibility for goods orders, control of goods entry and participation in inventory and warehouse optimization Professional integration of new employees and sharing knowledge within an open feedback culture Coordination with service, event sales and R&B management to ensure smooth operation

Successfully completed training to cook or cook and well-founded professional experience in gastronomy Sovereign handling of à la carte concepts and secure organization of banquet events Passion for upscale cuisine and delight in creative culinary ideas Very good German knowledge in word and writing for smooth communication in the team Leadership combined with real team orientation and a positive appearance readiness to flexible working hours, even on weekends and holidays
