The Group Legal Department advises the management and departments of NEW YORKER in a variety of and demanding legal issues in the national and international context. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Examination and design of contracts with real estate cover, in particular commercial lease agreements on national and international premises Participation in the further development and updating of the property-related contract management and the relevant contract standards Due diligence of our property-related contracts Creating legal opinions and opinions Legal examination of submissions of relevant specialist departments to the management/decision-makers Legal advice and training of employees of the department in property law issues Enforcement of claims and defence of unauthorized claims Support for property-related legal disputes including Examination, management and cost management of external lawyers

Full jury* with successfully passed first and second state exams, each satisfying at least with the note Relevant professional experience in real estate and rental law in a legal department or specialised firm Proven knowledge in real estate and rental law Very good MS Office knowledge English knowledge in word and writing Extensive understanding of economic relations and the ability to structure and implement complex issues clearly Target orientation, commitment and a high degree of self-initiative Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement readiness to travel Nobody is perfect!
