You play a leading role in the design and development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape with a clear focus on Microsoft Entra ID as part of a highly qualified team of experts. You continuously design, develop and optimize our IAM platforms in cloud and hybrid environments, working closely with IT teams and specialist areas. You can securely connect applications via Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, Federation, Conditional Access) and define company-wide standards and architectures for modern authentication and authorization technologies such as SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect. You drive the seamless integration of application systems via standardized interfaces such as SCIM and automates processes for identity lifecycle management, commissioning and access protection. You act as an IAM ambassador throughout the company, promote best practices and strengthen identity security across all business areas. You guide IAM projects and workstreams from conception to implementation, work closely with key stakeholders and ensure transparent communication and successful implementation. You play a key role in our strategic transformation towards a modern, cloud-first IAM architecture based on Microsoft Entra ID and are driving our legacy platform SAP Identity Management significantly.

A completed study of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise. Multiannual hand-on experience in the area of identity & access management, ideally in large and complex business environments, distinguish yourself. Detectional depth and well-founded experience in architecture, operation and continuous further development of Microsoft Entra ID as well as ideally well-founded knowledge in dealing with SAP identity management for targeted migration. Excellent practical knowledge in Microsoft Entra ID; in particular in the fields of Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Conditional Access and Identity Lifecycle Management using SCIM. Solid experience in the connection of enterprise applications, the configuration of APIs and directory services as well as the implementation of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust characterize you. A deep understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures as well as the corresponding security principles and best practices you bring. A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach combined with experience in the successful implementation of technical projects is one of your strengths. Embossed communication skills and strong stakeholder management enable you to build trusted relationships and successfully manage interfaces between technical teams and disciplines. German and very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile for work in an international environment.
