As a technician (m/w/d), you will be regionally divided into and around Hamburg and will serve the needs of our customers up to the technical handover as well as the instruction of the practice owners and their staff. They are responsible for reassembly of dental/tooth equipment, especially with a focus on sterile hygiene devices for the practical equipment and modernization projects. Maintenance and repair as well as the associated ordering of required spare parts with colleagues in the technical service are also your tasks. The clarification of technical customer complaints, but also the active speech and implementation of technical 'distribution activities' (e.g. maintenance contracts).

The main thing is that you are versed in dealing with technical equipment and bring passionate skill in the craft. Training for dental technicians, medical technicians, electronics technicians, electrical technicians or mechatronic technicians would be good conditions. Ideally, you will bring experiences in the field service, have fun working in a grown team and bring safe knowledge to MS office.
