Area Production Steering Our production steering department is responsible for the production of the steering columns of all Mercedes-Benz car and VAN series. Current projects include the integration of further variants of the new vehicle architectures into existing assembly lines and the industrialization of the Steer-by-Wire technologies. Our team consists of 10 highly motivated and friendly colleagues in the areas of personnel management and technical plant management. We are smart and always work for each other, with passion and harmonious together We attach great importance to communicating at eye level, directly and in regular exchange dates. In addition, it is important for us to deal constructively and honestly with each other. We work with State of the Art technologies and with international project partners in Japan, Singapore and Russia Mobile work is regularly used by us We participate in internal and external specialist events to see where the market and where we are currently standing With us you take responsibility for subprojects as well as diverse and exciting tasks with a significant impact on the entire organization These challenges come to you as an intern with us in the field: Focus Theme: Evaluation, Implementation and Optimization of Methods for Quality Assurance with Screw Processes and Tools Project support for planned new approaches Planning and control of the commissioning of new and converted production machines and plants Participation in the design of concepts and processes Cooperation with planning areas, suppliers and operators The activity can begin from November 2026.
