IT Application Support Specialist - Focus on Health Care / Nursing (m/f/d)

The central platform for our daily work is the core system 21c|ng of BITMARCK GmbH. In order to strengthen our IT team of application and system support, we are looking for a dedicated application supervisor (m/w/d), who develops our IT landscape, secures the stable operation and actively promotes the digital transformation of BAHN-BKK as a link between IT and specialist. In this interface position, you translate technical requirements from the areas of health and care into technical solutions, optimize processes and ensure smooth application operation.

From October 2026, we are looking for:

Application Manager IT - Focus on Health / Care (m/w/d)

Occupation & Administration: Responsibility for the stable operation, the administration of the core system 21c|ng and its further development in cooperation between the regional business units, the business units of the central office, the BITMARCK and other software manufacturers/partners.

Interface management: Support and monitoring of the resystems, data exchange interfaces and connected modules in cooperation with the departments and external service providers.

Error analysis as well as 1st and 2nd level support: Analysis, troubleshooting and documentation in 1st and 2nd level support. Coordination of fault analysis, testing and remedy together with specialist departments and software providers.

Process optimization: Further development and optimization of technical and technical processes within 21c in cooperation with the specialist departments.

Updates & Releases: Planning, testing and execution of 21c releases and service packs.

User support: Contact for users with functional questions and support in the creation of documentation. Training.

Evtl. Supplement to project work / participation in the introduction of new features, releases, applications etc.

Education: Successfully completed training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for application development/system integration, a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a training as a social security specialist (m/w/d) with IT additional qualification or comparable knowledge. You can also apply with comparable training background.

Occupational experience: Multiannual professional experience in the care of IT procedures, ideally knowledge in the environment of statutory health insurance funds (GKV).

Knowledge: Finded knowledge with 21c|ng and ideally GKV communication servers. Experiences in process modeling as well as experience with SQL databases and JIRA are advantageous.

Working & Communication: They work structured, analytical and independent. A pronounced service orientation is one of your strengths and you are delighted to act as an interface between IT and specialist. You understand yourself as a knowledge broker (m/w/d), who is involved in technical innovations. You can easily prepare complex IT content for professional users.
