Working Student HR Reporting & Data Management (job for all genders)

You support the creation, structuring and preparation of HR reports, analyses and key figures and also take care of relevant data sources as well as the preparation of evaluations and presentations. You are driving the further development of our reporting and data bases in which you update data, set new impulses and take into account trends or needs from the company. You work closely with the HR team, support in day-to-day business and take over tasks in project work, reporting initiatives and other central HR projects. Your tasks include contributing to the budget process and contributing to the creation and updating of budget-relevant evaluations and overviews.

You study (economic) computer science, controlling, BWL or a comparable course of study and are in the 3 semester or higher. Ideally, you have already collected first contact points with data or reporting topics. Your work is analytical, structured and reliable. You like to take responsibility and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You have secure MS Office skills, in particular in Excel, and you'll be using digital tools as well as modern HR systems. Very good German knowledge (- C1) and good English knowledge (- B2) in word and writing complete your profile. The activity takes place on site.
