Process design: Design, implementation and continuous development of global target processes for central master data acquisition for all national and international OBI locations Data management: Continuous control of data provision and development and establishment of necessary data models in portfolio management Collaboration: Acting as a central link between the Store Support Center and the respective national companies to unify all Real Estate data standards Interface function: Close exchange with all Real Estate functions to ensure data quality and end-to-end compatibility with IT systems Decision support: participation as a directional member in the decision chain for all types of portfolio decisions Analysis: IST Analysis and Definition of Lean-Soll Processes to Optimize Our Decision Basis Quality Assurance: Ensuring ongoing process quality in cooperation with the IT systems for static and dynamic data

Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, BWL, Data Analytics or a comparable qualification Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional practice, ideally in the field of (corporate) real estate management, consulting or international retail Methodology competence: Safer appearance and enforcement in analysis, design and implementation of complex, international processes IT knowledge: High affinity for processing large amounts of data and ideally first experience in handling SAP RE-Fx, SQL, Power BI or CAFM systems Working:Expressed analytical skills and motivation to advance as an expert:in proactive changes Personality: You are a team-oriented personality who likes to communicate in an international environment with diverse contact persons:
