The 5-star superior Schlosshotel Münchhausen offers 67 hotel rooms and suites, equipped according to the latest requirements, as well as an exclusive spa and pool landscape. Furthermore, our house has banquet and meeting rooms for up to 300 people, a castle chapel and a stand office. In the castle cellar restaurant with lake terrace we serve fine international cuisine with regional influences. The gourmet restaurant offers Haute cuisine à la française in historic Renaissance rooms.

Course contents: Chefs are real pleasure experts. The core of their tasks is to prepare food and menus. For this, they learn all important working techniques and information about food – from meat and fish to plant kitchen to desserts. When cooking, however, it is not the end, chefs are the professionals for all processes and planning in the kitchen and around it: shopping, warehouses, menus are included. They organize the kitchen and work collegially with the service. Quality and guest wishes are always in view. Duration of training: 3 years
