On the initiative of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the TUM School of Management is building its own teaching and research site at the Heilbronn educational campus. The main topics are the management of digital change, family businesses and business start-ups. The TUM School of Management of the Technical University of Munich is looking for a two-year period to support our team at the Campus Heilbronn at the next possible time in full time (part-time employment at 30h/week is also possible in principle), one: Resources Manager (m/w/d)

You are responsible for creating capacity planning and evaluations in the field of teaching You set up data-based analyses and recommendations on resource distribution/use and future capacity needs based on growth scenarios independent development of analyses and reports for teaching and spatial planning Data research, selection and preparation for the creation of strategic reports and presentations Development and monitoring of project and timetables Planning and implementation of the building and space infrastructure In addition, you can support other strategic projects in the context of campus expansion.

a successfully completed academic degree (on Master level) relevant, multiannual professional experience in higher education is desirable very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications, in particular a pronounced expertise in Excel excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing well-founded knowledge in project management analytical thinking and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships strong communication skills in cooperation with different stakeholders high reliability and time accuracy a careful, independent operation and a high self-initiative
