What awaits you: You work to make innovation themes visible - from the first idea to the positioning towards internal and external stakeholders. You help translate complex innovation content into clear, catchy messages and strategically place innovation in the group and the customer. You take responsibility for tasks in innovation projects and contribute to making new formats, partnerships and cases achievable. You work closely with teams from innovation, communication, technology and external partners and learn how to orchestrate innovation in the group. You bring structure into dynamic topics, support operational control, and actively contribute to making innovation measurable and visible and actively shape our Vodafone Spirit.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You are studying business, communication, innovation or a comparable subject with good academic performance. You drive your topics with first knowledge in Microsoft 365 - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint - and creative tools (Miro, etc.) independently. Nobody beats you so quickly in communication, organization, initiative and conception - and you like to bring these strengths into a dynamic environment. You want creative activities, you want to learn new things and look beyond the plate edge. You are always up to date with technology and often know trends sooner than others - just this curiosity makes you feel. You like to work with people, are proactive, open to handling and want to actively shape innovation in the Vodafone context.
